How to determine population for my research

The topic of my research work is consumer behaviour and digital marketing. I am confused regarding the population to focus on, should it be consumers or marketers? Is it okay to have two sets of population in a study?

In my opinion, you should focus on both. As both of the population types are essential according to your topic of research.
