The structure of the synopsis would depend on the requirements of your university or institute.  However, generally a synopsis includes an introduction, a literature review, methodology, data analysis, result & discussion and conclusion section

Generally a synopsis includes cover page, table of contents, introduction chapter,  literature review section, research methodology, data analysis, and reference section.

In the introduction chapter give a brief about the background of the study, present your research problem, question, hypothesis and an overview of your presentation topic. In the literature review section include reports, databases, monographs, and other literature sources pertaining to your study. The methodology section should include data collection method, tools used, sampling methods, etc. In the data, the analysis chapter explains the statistical test used to analyse the data and the steps involved in it. Next to present your key findings and discuss their significance. The last section is the conclusion section to explain the strengths and weaknesses of your study.
