How to relate two groups with multiple measurements?

Dissertation

Hello everyone!
In my study, I have two types of data and want to compare them with each other. The problem is I have no clue about the procedure. Please help me with this.

Ya, right, you can use ANOVA (Analysis of Variance). There are many statistical analysis methods, but ANOVA is the best.
