While choosing a journal, is it necessary to check its acceptance rate, impact factor and also check is it is indexed journal?

Yes, it is absolutely necessary to check the acceptance rate, impact factor and indexation of the journal. Not just these, you should also check if it is open access, published by a professional community and is it peer reviewed.

Absolutely yes. It is mandate to check impact factor of the journal if you want to get it published in a good journal. A journal with high impact journal is regarded as a good journal and is accepted within the scientific community.

Keshav, you have to check if the journal is indexed as non-indexed journals usually do not have good reputation. Same goes with the acceptance rate.
