Hi, I am pursuing my PhD in computer science. I want to detect the abnormal area of heart image using Machine Learning techniques. What is the procedure to perform abnormal area detection?

There are two significant steps involved in this procedure; first, you have to preprocess the selected database which will enhance the quality of the image after which, you can apply suitable segmentation technique with machine learning for detecting the abnormal area.
