Mediating model

I am using a SEM model in my study. My query is how to finalise a mediating model.

First, you need to check the P value on the independent variables. If the value of the variable is more than 0.05, then you can consider it as moderating value. You can also find out the correlation between moderating and independent variable. If the value of the correlation is significant, i.e., less than 0.05, then you can consider it as a mediating model.
