Design

Hi, I have just completed my PhD in tool design now i am planning to implement my proposed design for actual practice which will be my post research analysis. But I am not aware of how to start with the manufacturing of the tool proposed by me. Hence my question is what practices should be adopted if the designed system has to be implemented/Manufactured in actual practice?

Any design which has to be implemented in actual practice has to be manufacturable. For which Design for manufacturability tool can be adopted/used to know if the designed system can actually be manufacturable or not. This tool will give the full details where the changes have to be done for manufacturing the same and also it will give the freedom of applying Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances GD&T to the proposed design which will help for manufacturing it with easy.
