Can anyone please guide me on how can I write a persuasive rationale for dissertation proposal? I am working on the leadership strategies adopted by the administration in a corporate sector and its effects on the employees. When I consulted few of my friends for the same, they suggested me to focus more on the rationale of the research study, problem statement and the research methodology. Give me some ideas, please.

To solve your problem, I will tell you three things that you should always keep in mind while writing a proposal. First, find out gaps in the literature and find out how you can reduce those gaps with your contribution to the research study you are going to present. Second, how your research will contribute in the society. Third, You need to explain in what ways this research adds to the accomplishment of your aspirations in a detailed way.

You should also consider the benefits of this research.
