Some stress relieving techniques


I have so much work to do right now. I am in my 4th yr of PhD, I have a thesis to complete, my viva is approaching so, I need to prepare for it also and my job, I even have to manage it. All this is giving me a lot of stress and not letting me concentrate on any of my work. Please tell me how to handle all these things together, and it would be great if someone could tell me some stress relieving techniques also.

I think you should relax. Things will be sorted don’t worry. I am listing down some of the relaxation techniques to reduce stress: Meditate. Breathe Deeply. Take break from what you are doing. Tune In to Your Body.
