If you have review paper with you then, the introduction part is the most important, and if, you have an experimental paper with you then, the methodology, result and discussion section is important.

It depends on the reader with what point of view they are reading your study. If a reader is reading just to gain the basic knowledge of your paper then, Introduction is the most important. If the reader wants to know how to experiment, the would like to read the experimental part. If a reader is interested in understanding the application or they just want to see the progress of your research then, the result section is the most important part. Those who concern with the cause of the things they like discussion. The conclusion section is liked by everyone.

The scholar shouldn’t demarcate between the sections as they have written the whole paper with the same hard work. So, let the reader decide it.
