What is the procedure to choose journals?

I want to publish my review article, but the problem is that I don’t know any potential journal. So many options on the internet are making me confused regarding the decision. This is the first work I am thinking of getting published, so, I want the best journal. Please help me in narrowing down the journals to publish my review article.
I want to choose somewhere that I have a good chance of being accepted.

It is easy to get your paper or article published, but sometimes, it becomes difficult to increase its visibility. So try to publish in journals with high visibility and readers.
