Appropriate statistical tool for my research

Statistical Analysis

Hello members,
I am in 1st year of my PhD and preparing my PhD proposal as of now.
The good news is my topic has been approved by my mentor. I am studying the effect of factors like HR practices, training and improvement, happiness satisfaction, stress and organizational commitment with respect to the employees in a company.
I am confused about which statistical tool to use for analysis. I will be conducting close ended questionnaire. Any suggestions?
