A) One must have independence of observation
B) There must be a linear relationship between 1) the dependent variable and each independent variables, and (2) the dependent variable and the independent variables.
C) Data should show homoscedasticity.
D) There shouldn’t be any significant outliers, or highly influential points, which represents observations in the data set
E) The residuals must be approximately normally distributed
F) Data shouldn’t show multicollinearity
If any among the above assumptions are not met, then you cannot conduct data analysis using multiple regression. So thoroughly check if your study meets the assumption before moving forward to conduct the data analysis.

Analysing data isn’t everybody’s cup of tea. I would advise you to hire professionals to get your data analysis done. Professionals will ensure if your study meets the required assumptions and then analyses your data. They will also come up with a solution if your study doesn’t meet an assumption.
