(1) Pspice is a nonlinear inductor model, whereas Hspice consists of unique MOS/BJT models for leading edge geometries. (2)Pspice and Hspice are based on UCB SPICE 3 but LTSpice is not based in it. (3) Pspice and Hspice are commercial products but Ltspice is freeware. Note: Having UCB SPICE provides both advantages and disadvantages for simulation repeatability of models.

Amy, I have used Hspice for my study. Some of HSPICE’s advantages are: Allows Pole-Zero analysis Enables Monte Carlo analysis Powerful .ALTER mechanism which lets you run theme & variations groups of simulations with greater flexibility

Pspice is proved to be a great tool. It lets you run many types of analysis like, AC sweep and noise, DC sweep, Fourier and transient analysis, nonlinear DC analysis, noise analysis, sensitivity analysis etc.

The foremost advantage of LTSpice is that it is a freeware software that can be used for circuit design & analysis. It serves as an alternate for the softwares like Cadence, Altium, etc for study of circuit behavior.
