How to apply the test

I am doing research in food science. I have selected some millets, processed it, made flour, checked proximate and other properties and developed biscuits with various combinations. I have also done some dough rheology instruments tests for the same.
I need to apply ANOVA, dunkans test at significance for 0.05, coefficient of variation, analysis of variance principal component analysis. How to apply it.

Hello, I have no idea about your problem as my background is entirely different but yes, I can surely help you by giving you a link. My friend gave me this link as I discussed your problem with him. He is from your background only. https://statistics.laerd.com/spss-tutorials/one-way-anova-using-spss-statistics.php

In my opinion, you can use SPSS or another software to examine the data collected. First, you need to compare the mean for every treatment, for that you can use one-way or two-way ANOVA followed by Duncan Multiple Range Test.
