How to conduct a literature review systematically?

Is there any software that helps to conduct a literature review systematically?
Please help me.

As a PhD student, I use Zotero. It is free software available online.

Many softwares are designed to assist the systematic literature review, one of them is; http://www.litassist.com/ or http://www.preplit.com.
I have heard of it from my friends, and have no experience in it.
