No, meta-analysis, systematic analysis and meta-synthesis literature review aren’t the same. Meta-synthesis integrates results from dissimilar but interrelated qualitative studies. This type of study re-analyses and using non-statistical techniques it combines results from multiple qualitative studies. Not just this, it also provides new interpretations, conceptions/theoretical developments, and uses outcomes from grounded theory, phenomenological, and/or ethnographic studies.

You are absolutely right Rajiv.
Here i will explain about meta-analysis as I had used it recently for my study. This study,
Locates, synthesises and appraises data from a large set of results using statistical techniques and analysis
It tries to correct the flaws of narrative reviews by synthesising a huge amount of studies
It integrates and draws conclusions on your research findings and also detects broad relationships between studies

A systematic review is a way of comparing quantitative research according to well-determined steps including statistical analysis of the outcomes of studies. This method identifies and synthesises evidence to answer a specific research question. It also minimises bias and increase reliability using well-defined approach.
