How to develop questionnaire for my study?
Hi all!
I am at present doing my PhD research on the topic, “A study to evaluate the work-life balance among women (married) employees in BPOs in India: Detrimental factors, strategies adopted and recommendations” , and might want to formulate a questionnaire which can assist me with moving forward for pilot study. Would anyone be able to help me with this.
Early help would be useful.

You can have a look at this link and can hire an expert who will develop a questionnaire for you if you like it.

Search papers in your research area.
Find papers which highlight some scales, with permission and by acknowledging it, you can use
You can also search scales online by using google search engine
You develop your own by consulting research papers
A better option is to look for some papers discussing your research area and see their questionnaire from their you can see what type of questionnaire needs to be developed.
