What is the advantage of using questionnaire to conduct the survey? Is it the most reliable approach for data collection?

According to me interview method is the most reliable data collection approach. This method lets you explore the answers of the participants. The only disadvantage of this approach is that it is time-consuming.

A questionnaire is beneficial only if you are asking close-ended questions. While using this method you should remember the fact that your understanding about the participants, response will be restricted.
