Hello, don’t be so frustrated. it is easy to make questions. You just have to be clear about your research objective. Keep that in mind and then formulate your questionnaire. After formulating questions, you just need to have a glance at them and see that if you would be able complete your objectives after analysing the answers of these questions. I think according to your research topic your questionnaire should include questions like these: How often do you eat street food per week? Once in a week Twice a week Never Everyday What type of food would you consider to be your favourite? Street food Home made food Do you consider yourself healthy after eating street food? Yes Sometimes No I don’t know

Hello, i think i understand what you are looking for, you need not to worry about the problem. As this is not a major problem. According to me, you should go and look for standardised questionnaire which are already available on internet. You can get many such questionnaire and then you can edit the questions according to your research topic if you feel like, and you can go ahead with your work.

Hey, i think you are mixing up all the things. Before formulating a questionnaire you should keep in mind some key points, Decide on the target population for the questionnaire, Identify the variables and indicators that will address the research issues and hypotheses on which data are to be collected, Develop practice questions, Design probe questions and interviewer or respondent instructions on the questionnaire, Conduct a pilot test of the questionnaire, and adjust its final design according to the results, Prepare a codebook for data entry. I think these points will help you to formulate a perfect questionnaire for your study.

I understand from what you are going through. Don’t worry. I am sharing some links from where you can see how questionnaires are made: http://dissertation.laerd.com/how-to-structure-quantitative-research-questions.php , https://www.bl.uk/business-and-ip-centre/articles/what-are-typical-quantitative-research-questions . have a look on them and understand what are the points that you need to add and then formulate your questionnaire.

Hey, stay calm. I think you are facing a big problem while formulating your questionnaire. I have an idea which you can follow and solve your problem. Go online and search for existing research for extracting the variables and attributes of each variable relating to your topic. Then frame the questions for your questionnaire. I know this is a lengthy process but i think it would definitely help you.
