Developing a questionnaire is not an easy task. To develop a questionnaire you should invest enough effort and time. Some of the steps that is included in this process are: Identify the goal of your questionnaire Develop questions for questionnaire ( restrict the length of questionnaire) Identify your targeted audience Organize the survey questionnaire in a logical way. Revise the questionnaire

Here I have mentioned few steps that is included in questionnaire developing process. 1.Write a study protocol 2.List of the information needed 3.Design different parts of the questionnaire 4. Decide on the order of the questions asked 5.Complete the questionnaire 6.Write the questions 7.Refine your questionnaire
