A thesis statement should reflect your research and be concise. Include it at the end of the first paragraph.
But before doing so narrow down the research topic and make it relatable.

Thesis can be divided into 3 sections. Introduction, body and conclusion.
In the introduction section, explain your goals, background information about your research, and the research method you use throughout your research.
In the body section, include the tools and approach used to collect data, analyse them and perform other experiments.
In the last section discuss your findings, its strengths and limitations.

Allocate a number of days for writing each section. 2 days for abstract & introduction. 2 days for literature review.
4 days for the methodology section and 2 days for the conclusion. Also, make time for editing and proofreading process.
If necessary take help from the professional editors.
