I am pursuing my PhD in image processing. My area of research is medical image processing. I am confused with the topic selection. I just wanted to know what are the current topics for research in medical image processing ?

Lots of works have already done with brain, but still there are other topics of research which can be focussed on such as: 1. Retinal images 2. Chest radiography 3. Estimating probability of lung cancer etc
