MANCOVA statistics

Good evening, my study needs to conduct repeated measures MANCOVA in SPSS software, as i need to calculate the dependent variable at 5 periods of time (months). Also, the dependent variable at each month is related with 3 independent variables.
I thought it would be easy but now when i need to do it i am finding it difficult to conduct this type of study. I can’t understand the idea of MANCOVA and running it on SPSS is way more difficult for me. Any assistance with respect to this would be extremely valued.

I know this process is little difficult and confusing so, that’s why I am sharing a youtube link from which you will have a better understanding of how to conduct MANCOVA in statistics software.
