No, you cannot use F-test when sample size is greater than 30. F-test is used when the sample size is smaller than 30. F-test is mostly used when one wants to conduct a two samples t-test to check the equality of the variances of the two samples or when one wants to compare the variability of a new measurement with an old approach.

You have to use Z-test if the sample size is greater than 30. Z-test is also used when: Data points is independent from each other. i.e, one data point doesn’t affect or isn’t related to another data point. Data is normally distributed. Data is randomly selected from a population. Sample sizes are equal.
