Triangulation method

My supervisor is suggesting me to use triangulation as the means of research strategy, where I can use 2 methods of collecting data. So how does that work? I have 5 objectives, should I use 1 data collection method, say questionnaire for addressing 2 objectives, and interviews for addressing the other 3 objectives?
I am not entirely sure of how to apply triangulation in my study. And I don’t have much time as well, so I wanted one way which is quick and easy to do. Please suggest

Triangulation is used when more than one method is used to collect data on the same topic. In this way you can assure the validity of research through the use of a variety of methods of collecting data on the same topic, it includes different types of samples as well as methods of data collection. However, the objective of triangulation is very different, it captures the different dimensions of the same phenomenon.

Here is something to the point which would really help you. First, gather a better understanding of the method by investigating it and discussing it with your friends. Triangulation method, not always means the cross-checking data from at least two sources or methods and confirming it is correct or not. It’s more to increase the level of knowledge about something and to strengthen the researcher’s standpoint from various aspects.
