Assistance in design an effective rainfall prediction model in Data Mining

In the area of  Adaptive Data Mining, I plan to do my PhD research. I have chosen Predictive Analytics  as my research area to enhance  the rate of newline learning . I am using the Grey Wolf- based Linear Regression newline(GWLR), using Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO) and linear regression, for rainfall prediction. I need assistance in design an effective rainfall prediction model using some free datasets as i am planning to implement . Please help me with this.

Yes, for predicting the rainfall, Nonlinear Autoregressive Network with Exogenous Inputs (NARX) is adapted  which uses the proposed Self Adaptive Levenberg–Marquardt (SALM) algorithm . Grey Wolf- based Linear Regression  (GWLR), using Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO) and linear regression will be developed , for rainfall prediction using the g two databases that carry the rainfall data of India and Jammu and  Kashmir.
