According to Orange is the best tool. It is a Python library and has a rich compilation of mining for data pre-processing, classification, regression, modelling, clustering approaches. This tool comes with a visual programming environment and has tools for importing data and dropping widgets.

Rapidminer is the most popular data mining tool. It is open source and doesn’t require any kind of coding. It includes data mining functions like data pre-processing, visualisation, predictive analysis, and can be integrated with R-tool. Besides features such as data cleansing, filtering, clustering, the software features repeatable work flows, and seamless integration. Hence I will suggest you to use this tool.

Rapidminer is a good tool so is WEKA. This tool has a collection of ML algorithms for data mining tasks. These algorithms can be applied directly to a dataset. It also contains tools for pre-processing of data, classification, regression, clustering, and visualisation. You can go one among Rapidminer or Weka.
