Steps to conduct empirical research

How do I conduct empirical research? I’m stuck with the process. Is there any way out? Please help. Or is there any other method that can be alternatively be used for the same?

1. Problem formulation – Specifications of your study area to be investigated 2. Research design – This includes type experimental, non-experimental approach and studies of a group. 3. Data collection methods – Includes questionnaires, surveys, observations etc. 4. Analysis of findings – Statistically analysis and summarises your final results 5. Conclusions and limitations – Includes the strengths and limitations for your study and also your opinion on the outcomes of your study and describes the future scope in your area of study.
