What is the procedure to run the CFA in SPSS?
I want to confirm the adopted items from my previous studies, and I am thinking of using SPSS for the same. Is it ok to use SPSS as an analysis technique in my study?

Now, follow the steps given below:
Install a compatible version of R for your SPSS version.
Execute the downloaded R software from SPSS.
In this case, You might need to have an IBM or SPSS account.

You will not be able to run CFA alone, You will need AMOS to run CFA. So, first what you need to do is to purchase AMOS.

I don’t think SPSS is suitable for CFA. You can run SPSS on exploratory factor analysis on SPSS rather than confirmatory factor analysis. You can use Mplus for CFA, I used the same in my research.
