Can someone please tell me How to formulate research questions? I am doing a research in management field. Anything particular I must cater to while writing them?

Every research project starts with a question. The question will allow you to select, evaluate and interpret the sources systematically. Generally, a good research question should be
Relevant- The question should be within the limits that was set beforehand
Interesting – Choose a topic that interests the reader and builds curiosity within the reader.
Focused – The question shouldn’t be too broad or indefinite.
