How to construct plasmid map?

Hello guys! I want to construct plasmid map using gel electrophoresis. How do I do it?

if mapping plasmid is your only aim then it is better to go for results of plasmid DNA digestion rather than deciphering results of the gel electrophoresis process.

Gel electrophoresis includes following stages. 1. Retrieving digestion reaction from thaw and freezer. Then move all the contents to the bottom of the tube. 2. Pre run the E-gels with the comb for two minutes and remove the comb. 3. Dilute the samples and load the gel. 4. If a gel that was cast is being used then add ethidium bromide stock. Run the gel for 10-15 minutes and record the results.
