Other than titration and neutralisation techniques, are there any other methods to analyse the proteins?

Yes, there is. I know a method called protein separation method that can be used to analyse the proteins. Separation method itself consists of methods like, SDS page, isoelectric focusing, chromatic methods, and two-dimensional gel electrophoresis.

The most common method is western blotting method. This method can be used to detect specific proteins in a given sample of extract. Here the sample of proteins is electrophoresed by SDS-PAGE and are then transferred to a membrane where they will be probed using few antibodies that are specific to the target protein.
