Naviswork in civil engineering

My conducting my research in civil engineering. Although I know about AutoCAD and other tools, I’m not very much aware of Navisworks. I need some information about the same. Thank you in advance.

Navisworks is basically converts large REVIT 3D model files into smaller 3D models and is not a 3D modelling tool. It lets BRS to resolve any kind of differences between multiple consultant models. Navisworks can also filter specific model information and works in conjunction with REVIT.

Yashti, naviswork does support 2D as well. You can save 2D sheets alongside the 3D files along with the review, viewpoints, markup, and sections. Navisworks also accommodates object animation, project scheduling and photo realistic visualisation.

Navisworks an autodesk software, is used to combine, manage, and review various 3D model files. Navisworks also enables design and construction teams to review the BIM models. Navisworks includes popular tools such as Revit, Civil 3D, and Infraworks.
