Hello Sal gray. The nomothetic method involves seeking general rules and laws existing in the nature. The research procedures as to the method in question are as follows: 1) experimenting, 2) inspecting 3)correlating. Whereas the approach-related characteristic methods are: 1)interviews, 2) surveys, 3) observations, 4) experiments 5) tests. The idiographic approach is based on explaining phenomena in such a way as to identify external events that may shape the said phenomena in a qualitative way.p

Sal gray, as far as the idiographic approach is concerned, the methods involved are: document analysis, interviews, observations and projective tests. The best way to end this approach is the case study process.

Sal gray, nomothetic approach occur when a general law is developed on the basis of an analysis of an individual case. Whereas idiographic methods occur where the aim of the research will cover a desire to know and explain the essence and features of a given occurrence.
