Questionnaire

I need to develop a questionnaire for evaluating the employability skills required by young graduates to land, and I have no idea about it. As I am perplexed about how to formulate the questionnaire for my research and How to conduct the study?

Steps to develop a questionnaire for research: 1. Recognize the purpose of your questionnaire. 2. Choose your question type. 3. Develop questions for your questionnaire. 4. Restrict the length of your questionnaire. 5. Identify your target. 6. Ensure you can protect privacy.
