Pneumatic valve is used to obtain variation in compressed air signal. For this purpose, they use a nozzle and flapper system.

Rahul, the pneumatic valve is composed of an actuator and a valve. The diaphragm forms a tight pressure chamber in the upper actuator, and then the control signal is fed in. when the pressure on the diaphragm increases, the reverse acting valve opens up. The diaphragm movement will be opposed by spring. This will open or close the valve depending on the air supply failure event. Madhu, you have missed out the operation of the actuator. The actuating power may be hydraulic, pneumatic or electric. The hydraulic actuator is used when large focuses occur. If the electric voltage or current is too small, then it cannot affect the actuator.
