While checking for clarity across your thesis make sure your text conveys a clear idea and follows a logical order. 
  Check if you have presented the concepts and ideas and have not missed any. 
  Comment on the logic behind the argumentation and highlight contradictions within the text (if any).

 Unstructured thesis can ruin your hard work as it would make no sense to your reader. 
  Hence make sure your thesis is structured in a right manner. So while checking for structure 
  check if the individual chapter supports your thesis crucial goal. Check for the focus of individual sections and 
  repetitive and redundant information. Look for the figures, tables, etc. and also if there is a logical flow between the sentences and paragraphs.
