you should mainly check for repetitive ideas/sentences. Although you intend to avoid repetition, you might have ended up repeating the ideas maybe due to lack of content. Such elements can weaken your argument. Hence ensure you eliminate them. Also analyse key elements in your sentences. Make sure you have included varying sentence length to keep your audience engaged.

Do not just check the academic words. Look for non-academic words such as who, what, when, where, and many more. Misuse of these words can alter the meaning of the content. Also check for the punctuation marks. Because punctuation when wrong placed can change the meaning of the content again. Also ensure you eliminate vague words and modifiers.
