For creating expanding pressure on the suction side, you should use progressive pump. Yes name 1 is right. Use progressive pump. But remember progressive pump has two types of pumps. Reciprocating and rotary pump

In reciprocating pump, the suction is generated by a piston that plugs into, pulls out of the material. In this type of pump valves are used to make sure that the flow is only in one direction. A reciprocating pump pulses the fluid at identical intervals. whereas a rotary design has two gears meshing together. The movement of the gears results in high pressure on the discharge side.
