How to develop a case study

Case Study

Nowadays, I am working on a research with the topic: Susceptibilities of Salmonella typhi and other bacterial pathogens to antibiotics and hot aqueous extract of Hibiscus sabdariffa.
It has become a nightmare for me as I need to include a case study in this research suggested by my supervisor but I don’t know how to begin with it? How to develop it?
Please help!!

Pick your case study subject with the best-finished work upheld by quantifiable outcomes that show how you tackled a respondents issue. Accumulate as much data as could be expected over the whole story. Plan the case study so it’s visually appealing enough for prospects to read.

The research may also continue for an extended period of time, so processes and developments can be studied as they happen.
