 Oh yes. While selecting the studies for systematic review process,   you must strictly follow the inclusion and exclusion criteria. I.e. you must eliminate the studies that meet one or more exclusion criteria.   Also bibliography of studies with disqualified titles and abstracts must not be included. Normally an abstract of journal   will include a statement of the problem, details about participants, and specification of the experimental design.

you must follow the inclusion and exclusion criteria.   You can include studies that meet inclusion criteria. But do not include studies that meet exclusion criteria.

 you must apply inclusion and exclusion criteria only to the title and abstract in the beginning of the process.   In the later stage you must include them to the preparing part of the text. To eliminate the possibility of bias in evaluating quality,   you can remove author names and affiliation from the text.
